Here is the complete picture of the educational programs that are available from Toastmasters.  There are many opportunities to develop your speaking and presentation skills as well develop your leadership skills.

Toastmasters International

The Big Picture

 

COMMUNICATION TRACK:

 

COMPETENT COMMUNICATOR (CC) or CTM

Complete Competent Communication Manual

(10 Projects)

 

ADVANCED COMMUNICATOR BRONZE (ACB)

Complete 2 Advanced Communication Manuals

 

ADVANCED COMMUNICATOR SILVER (ACS)

Complete 2 more Advanced Communication Manuals

Conduct 2 programs from The Better Speaker Series or The Successful Club Series

 

ADVANCED COMMUNICATOR GOLD (ACG)

Complete 2 more Advanced Communication Manuals

Conduct a Success/Leadership Program, Success/Communication Program or Youth Leadership Program

Coach a new member with first 3 speeches

 

LEADERSHIP TRACK:

 

COMPETENT LEADER (CL)

Complete the Competent Leadership

Manual (10 Projects)

 

ADVANCED LEADER BRONZE (ALB)

Achieve CC or CTM  & CL

Serve 6 months as club officer

Participate in Club Success Plan

Participate in District sponsored Officer training

Conduct 2 programs from the Successful Club Series and/or The Leadership Excellence

 

ADVANCED LEADER SILVER (ALS)

Achieve ALB

Serve as District Officer (July 1-June 30)

Complete High Performance Leadership Program

Serve successfully as club sponsor, mentor or coach

 

DISTINGUISHED TOASTMASTER (DTM)

Completing CC (CTM), Advanced Communicator Bronze, Silver & Gold (ATM Bronze, Silver & Gold) + CL + AL Bronze & Silver (AL) = DTM
